Academic Probabtion

Students in an engineering major or pre-major will be placed on College of Engineering probation if any of the three parts of their three-calculation GPA falls below 2.0. A student's academic standing is determined as soon as grades are reported by the Registrar at the end of each period in which the student has completed 12 or more semester-hours of courses (to accommodate part-time students, this period may extend to more than a single semester or summer term).
