ME Advising Office
Hours
General Advising:
The Mechanical Engineering Department Advising Office will be open
for general advising issues from 1:30-5:00pm, M-F. If you cannot
make these times, please email the advising office at maeundergrad@uta.edu
or call the ME Department at (817)272-2561.
Pre-Registration Advising:
For pre-registraion advising, the ME Advising Office will be open
for two weeks prior to registration. A flier will be mailed each
semester notifying students when advising starts. (The ME Advising
Office web page will also have these dates posted.) Students must
come by the ME Advising Office prior to this to sign-up for an advising
time and pick an advising packet. (Advising packets will also be
available online.) If a student misses their appointment or does
not sign-up during this time, they will have to wait until one week
after registration begins to be advised and subsequently cleared
to register for MAE courses.
