Steven Ma, Ph.D., P.E.

of Aeronautics and Astronautics, 1983.
Areas of Expertise: Machine Design and Manufacturing; FEA in
Structural and Fluid Dynamics; Welding and Fatigue; and Buckling.
Background: Dr. Ma, currently working at Atlas Copco as Engineering
Manager, has more than 14 years industrial working experience.
He has been involved in the design and FEA of CNC machine tools
and drilling rigs. He is an active member of SPE serving the
SPE Profession Certification Committee. He has been on the
faculty of UT Arlington since 2006.
